Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

· Answering calls from customers regarding their shipments

· Address customer grievances

· Coordinate with hubs to collect information about shipment delays

· Assist with online booking of shipment

Desired Candidate Profile

· Freshers welcome

· Under-graduates welcome

· Female candidates preferred

· Should know how to talk in English fluently

· Knowledge of MS Office

· Able to work independently yet a good team player and a quick learner

· Experience of handling customer complaints preferred

· Must be good in follow up and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
