Role Overview

As a Customer Success Executive, you will manage US-based customer interactions that require real-time decision-making, professionalism, and strong communication skills. This is a corporate environment—not a traditional call center setup.

Who We’re Looking For

Strong Communicators

  • Fluent, confident, and professional English (near-native level preferred)

  • Able to handle complex customer situations without relying on scripts

  • Experienced candidates (1+ year) or high-potential freshers

Committed Professionals

  • Willing to work night shift (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday to Saturday)

100% on-site at our offices in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
