We’re looking for a Software Support Executive who can turn confusion into clarity, take on ERP challenges with confidence, and maybe drop a well-timed pun while doing it. If you're tech-savvy, patient, and passionate about making technology easy for everyone, this role is for you.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills — spoken and written
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
• A quick-thinking problem solver (faster than hitting Ctrl + Z)
• Patient, friendly, and dedicated to simplifying technology for end-users

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering top-tier ERP support to end-users — troubleshooting bugs, glitches, and the occasional digital mystery
• Training and guiding clients (and sometimes teammates!) on ERP features, workflows, and best practices
• Responding quickly, solving effectively, and keeping every interaction warm and human
• Becoming the trusted go-to expert who confidently turns user frustration into understanding

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
