Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, fluency in English, and the ability to coordinate effectively with international customers through calls, chats, and emails.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle communication with international clients via phone, chat, and email.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all communications.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the system accurately.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Adhere to company policies and performance standards.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in customer support or call center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and consistent in performance.
  • Proficiency in using computers and basic software tools.

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: PKR 50,000
