Key Responsibilities: -

  • Handle customer queries and provide excellent support across e-commerce platforms (calls, emails, chats).
  • Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
  • Create, update, and manage data in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Identify trends in customer queries and provide insights to improve service quality.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidence in handling e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
  • Prior experince in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹28,000.00 per month
