Key Responsibilities: -
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent support across e-commerce platforms (calls, emails, chats).
- Process orders, track shipments, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports to track daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics.
- Create, update, and manage data in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and charts for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sales, and operations) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Identify trends in customer queries and provide insights to improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications: -
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, charts).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in handling e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
- Prior experince in customer support or e-commerce operations is a plus.
