About the Role
As a Customer Support Executive, you will assist users of a global crypto trading platform through email and chat support. You will handle queries related to account updates and platform access, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and data security in every interaction. This is a full-time, office-based position at our Fusion CX campus in Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities of a Customer Support Executive – Email and Chat include:
Handle user inquiries, feedback, and complaints via email, chat, or other online support tools.
Manage back-office tickets and provide accurate, timely, and professional responses 24×7.
Document each case thoroughly, recording user requests, advice provided, and next actions in the designated CRM system.
Coordinate with internal departments and client-side teams to ensure prompt and complete resolution of user issues.
Assist users with general inquiries, account access, or product information while maintaining compliance with process and data security guidelines.
Identify recurring issues, provide feedback to improve user experience, and support process enhancement initiatives.
Handle special cases and ad hoc tasks as directed, ensuring high accuracy and confidentiality.
Stay informed about platform updates, crypto-related features, and new support procedures.
Qualifications and requirements of an ideal candidate for the role of customer care executive (Chat and Email) in Kolkata:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience in email and chat support (required).
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Technical: Strong typing skills, multitasking ability, and comfort using CRM and ticketing tools.
Work Ethics: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing sensitive customer data responsibly.
Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work 24×7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Added Advantage: Interest or basic knowledge of cryptocurrency, fintech, or online trading platforms.
