Currently we are looking for the post of “Customer Support Executive” for our AV Division (Karachi).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with clients for timely resolution of AV-related issues.
  • Manage installation and delivery coordination for AV equipment and software.
  • Communicate with the technical support team for troubleshooting and maintenance updates.
  • Follow up with clients for pending installations and payments.
  • Coordinate with Finance and Store departments for DO, invoice, and goods arrangement.
  • Collect and maintain delivery challans and installation records.
  • Respond to client emails regarding installation progress and support updates.
  • Prepare and share daily updates on pending installations and support activities.

Education:

Must be BBA or equivalent qualification.

Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience required.

Skills: Strong communication, client coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.

Job timings:

Mon - Fri 09:00 - 06:00 PM

Alternate Saturday 09:00 - 05:00 PM
