About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to assist clients through chat, email, and phone. The ideal candidate is proactive, patient, and well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
- Analyze customer feedback and service trends to support service improvements.
- Conduct outbound communications, including cold calling, when necessary.
- Use MS Excel for data entry, reporting, and basic analysis.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or a related role is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel (basic formulas and data handling).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Professional demeanor with patience when managing difficult interactions.
- Age Limit: Preferably under 30.
