We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting customers across multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through calls, emails, and chat.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Provide support related to digital banking services, including online transactions, account access, and basic troubleshooting.
- Accurately record customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and improve the overall customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, data security standards, and service guidelines.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Prior experience in customer support or digital banking is an added advantage.
