We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting customers across multiple communication channels, including voice, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally through calls, emails, and chat.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Provide support related to digital banking services, including online transactions, account access, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, concerns, and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, data security standards, and service guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer support or digital banking is an added advantage.
  • Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
