Customer Support Executive (Fresher & Graduate )

We are searching for the position of Fresh & Experienced International Caller in a similar field giving the services of outbound calls for our US clients

Requirments:

· Fluent English is required only.

· Hardworking & punctual.

• Ability to stay calm and empathetic under pressure
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

· Matriculation/Intermediate/ fresh candidates are encouraged to apply.

Intermediate or Bachelors.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
