Customer Support Executive – IT Support (Rotational Shifts)

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Support Executives to manage IT-related customer queries across multiple locations. The role involves providing first-level IT support, handling inbound and outbound requests, troubleshooting basic technical issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle IT-related queries via phone, email, chat, and ticketing systems from customers across India
  • Provide Level-1 technical support for software, login issues, application access, and system errors
  • Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined TAT
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the Team Leader or IT team
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions and solutions in CRM or ticketing tools
  • Guide users on basic system usage and company IT policies
  • Ensure service quality, data security, and compliance with company SOPs

Team Structure

  • 1 Support Manager
  • 6 Team Leaders
  • 60 Customer Support Executives

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 6 Month of experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts and 24x7 support environment
  • Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
