We are hiring Customer Support / KYC Verification Agents with strong written communication skills to support a Know Your Customer (KYC) process through chat and voice-based interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions via chat and calls related to KYC verification and onboarding
  • Assist customers with document submission, verification status, and KYC-related queries
  • Ensure accurate and compliant responses in line with KYC policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain a minimum QA score of 90% as per project benchmarks
  • Follow defined workflows for identity verification, issue resolution, and escalation
  • Accurately document customer interactions and verification outcomes in CRM/tools
  • Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets consistently
  • Adapt quickly during go-live phases and active production environments

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B1-level language proficiency (mandatory)
  • Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, and professional tone)
  • Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed for chat support
  • Ability to follow strict processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy (critical for KYC verification)
  • Bachelor’s degree is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
