We are hiring Customer Support / KYC Verification Agents with strong written communication skills to support a Know Your Customer (KYC) process through chat and voice-based interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer interactions via chat and calls related to KYC verification and onboarding
- Assist customers with document submission, verification status, and KYC-related queries
- Ensure accurate and compliant responses in line with KYC policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain a minimum QA score of 90% as per project benchmarks
- Follow defined workflows for identity verification, issue resolution, and escalation
- Accurately document customer interactions and verification outcomes in CRM/tools
- Meet productivity, quality, and compliance targets consistently
- Adapt quickly during go-live phases and active production environments
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- B1-level language proficiency (mandatory)
- Strong written communication skills (grammar, clarity, and professional tone)
- Basic computer knowledge with good typing speed for chat support
- Ability to follow strict processes, compliance standards, and quality guidelines
- Attention to detail and accuracy (critical for KYC verification)
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory
