What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent in English: Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting or implementing ERP systems.
• Problem-Solving Pro: Strong troubleshooting skills, with a passion for resolving tech issues.
• Empathy and Approachability: You make technology feel simple, even for those who aren’t tech-savvy.
• Speed & Agility: You're quicker than a keyboard shortcut and just as efficient.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• ERP Support: Help end-users navigate the world of ERP by troubleshooting and fixing bugs, glitches, and occasional mysteries.
• Training & Empowering: Guide clients (and occasionally your teammates) through ERP features, workflows, and best practices.
• Clear Communication: Respond to issues quickly, explaining solutions clearly and with a friendly, human touch.
• Be the Go-To Expert: Build strong relationships by turning frustration into confidence for your users.
