Location: XX Block, DHA Phase 3, Lahore

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to manage inbound support through social media, calls, and CRM. The ideal candidate will ensure queries are addressed efficiently, orders are placed accurately, and customers are guided seamlessly through their journey with us. This is a flexible shift role, designed to support customer needs across different time slots.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries received via social media with appropriate canned messages through CRM.
  • Handle inbound calls with professional greetings, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure positive customer experience.
  • Assist customers in placing orders who face difficulties navigating the website, converting inquiries into sales.
  • Conduct daily checks on the company website to ensure smooth functionality.
  • Monitor telephone line performance to ensure seamless communication without distortion.
  • Manage customer interactions within target handling time (AHT) of 90 seconds.
  • Use approved templates to respond to queries and guide customers accurately.
  • Forward support-related issues to the email support specialist regularly for resolution.

Competencies & Requirements:

  • Positive and welcoming attitude with strong customer handling skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with product knowledge.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership of tasks.
  • Qualification: BBA/MBA (Business Administration) or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service, preferably in retail or online sales.
