Customer Support Executive (Sales Experience Required)

Job Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (Pakistan Time)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Support environment, combined with a strong sales mindset and exceptional English communication skills. This role requires handling customer inquiries, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
  • Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, sales targets, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, BPO, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Success roles.
  • Proven experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, or lead conversion.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
  • Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer support tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with international campaigns.
  • Background in customer service, telesales, appointment setting, or client relationship management.
  • Experience working with US, UK, Australian, or Canadian customers.
  • Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
