Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a BPO, Call Center, or Customer Support environment, combined with a strong sales mindset and exceptional English communication skills. This role requires handling customer inquiries, building relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions through calls.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and positive attitude.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Convert inquiries into sales opportunities and contribute towards revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs, sales targets, and service standards.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Customer Support, Call Center, BPO, Telemarketing, Telesales, or Customer Success roles.
- Proven experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, or lead conversion.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral or international accent.
- Strong listening, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer support tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with international campaigns.
- Background in customer service, telesales, appointment setting, or client relationship management.
- Experience working with US, UK, Australian, or Canadian customers.
- Familiarity with sales funnels, lead generation, and customer retention strategies.
