We are seeking proactive and detail-oriented Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for processing and taking orders, reporting issues to the Sales Manager, and maintaining excellent communication with our customers. They will also work closely with the Sales Manager and the Accounts Receivable team to ensure that orders are within approved credit limits and that outstanding payments are effectively managed. This role demands strong organisational skills, effective communication, and a commitment to achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Order Processing: Enter customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently.
  • Order Taking: Receive and confirm orders from customers via phone or face-to-face interactions.
  • Issue Reporting: Report any discrepancies or issues directly to the Sales Manager for prompt resolution.
  • Customer Communication: Call customers to confirm orders, negotiate prices, and address queries, ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Credit Management: Work with the Sales Manager and Accounts Receivable to ensure that orders do not exceed approved credit limits.
  • Payment Follow-Up: Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable team to monitor outstanding payments and ensure that orders from blocked accounts are not processed.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Manager with additional tasks to support overall team performance and meet sales targets.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as statutory regulations under Pakistani law.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales or order management preferred
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Basic knowledge of credit management and payment follow-up is a plus

Working Hours

  • Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM
  • Duration: 9 hours per day, including a 1-hour break

Location:

  • Gulberg 3, Near Hafeez Center, Lahore, Pakistan

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
