Role Specifications:
- Confirm and verify all incoming online orders via phone calls or messages to ensure correct customer details and purchase intent.
- Proceed with order fulfillment in the system, ensuring all confirmed orders are ready for timely dispatch.
- Track order statuses and proactively communicate with customers regarding any potential delays or stock issues.
- Handle all customer inquiries on WhatsApp for each assigned brand, providing detailed product information and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a professional and helpful tone to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat purchases.
- Manage official customer support emails, addressing order updates and general inquiries.
- Manage daily posting across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to keep the brand active and engaging.
- Moderate social media communities and groups, responding to comments and fostering positive discussion.
- Identify and add loyal customers to dedicated communities and groups to build a strong, recurring customer base.
Skills Requirements:
- Bachelors in Business Administration/ Sales/Ecommerce/Digital Marketing.
- Fluent in Urdu and English (written and verbal) with a polite and professional tone.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and community management tools.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel for tracking orders and stock levels.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle queries for multiple brands simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented mindset to ensure zero errors in order processing and inventory updates.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce customer support or marketplace management
