Customer Support Executive - UAE

Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Representatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner.
  • Assist customers with queries, complaints, and service requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Ensure first-call resolution and provide timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve targets and improve service quality.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English).
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Flexible to work in all shifts (morning, evening, night).
  • Minimum Intermediate or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
