Customer Support Executive – UK Taxi Dispatch

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and process taxi bookings accurately
• Assist customers with inquiries, changes, and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pickups and smooth operations
• Maintain accurate records of bookings and customer interactions

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (international experience preferred)
• Experience in UK taxi dispatch is a plus
• Excellent spoken English (neutral or British accent preferred)
• Willingness to work night/rotational shifts
• Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts
• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Punctual, reliable, and target-driven
