Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for our UK Taxi Operations division. In this role, you will handle inbound customer calls, manage taxi bookings, coordinate with drivers, and ensure each customer receives a smooth and professional service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from UK customers and accurately process taxi bookings
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all customer interactions and booking details
- Provide excellent customer service while addressing queries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely pick-ups and smooth operations
- Communicate effectively with both customers and team members to maintain service quality
- Uphold company standards in punctuality, accuracy, and professionalism
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (international experience preferred)
- Prior UK taxi dispatch experience will be an advantage
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or British accent
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including evenings and nights
- Ability to work 8–12 hour shifts as required
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Capable of multitasking and performing efficiently under pressure
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving performance targets

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
