Job Description: Customer Support Executive (ERP Experience)
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive with hands-on experience in ERP systems to support our clients by handling inquiries, technical concerns, and product-related questions. As the first point of contact, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting ERP users with system-related functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and clear information regarding products, services, and ERP system functionalities.
- Diagnose and resolve ERP-related issues by providing first-level technical support.
- Address customer concerns and complaints effectively to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed service and support records.
- Coordinate with ERP consultants and technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure complete resolution of reported issues.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer support or client service role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems and common business processes.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and customer-focused in high-pressure situations.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with CRM and ERP platforms.
