As part of our expansion, we are looking for a motivated Customer Support Intern to join our team and build a strong career in the tech industry.

This internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to real customers, and an opportunity to grow in the world of web hosting, domains, and cloud services.

Role Description:

As a Customer Support Intern at SpixHost, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will assist users with technical inquiries, billing questions, and service-related issues while ensuring they receive fast, friendly, and professional support.

You’ll gain experience handling customer communication, troubleshooting issues, and working closely with technical and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with web hosting, domains, Google Workspace, and related services.
  • Help resolve technical and billing concerns while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure uptime, service delivery, and issue resolution.
  • Support handling refunds, upgrades, renewals, and account-related requests.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and report recurring issues for improvement.
  • Help monitor support channels and engage professionally with customers.
  • Assist in creating FAQs, help guides, and customer feedback reports.
