Job Title: Customer Support Intern

Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support Interns to join our team. This is a 6-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in customer communication, problem-solving, and support operations.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
Assist customers with product and service-related questions.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow company policies and customer service standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply and will be preferred.
