Position Details

Role: Sales, Customer Support & Customer Engagement Intern

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Duration: 3–6 Months

Compensation: Unpaid Internship

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

  • Identify and research prospective clients.
  • Assist in lead generation and database management.
  • Conduct initial outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records within CRM systems.

Customer Support

  • Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Assist clients with product-related questions and basic troubleshooting.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Customer Engagement

  • Build and nurture relationships with customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and customer feedback surveys.
  • Support customer onboarding activities.
  • Assist in creating customer success and retention initiatives.
  • Help improve customer experience by identifying recurring concerns and opportunities.

Administrative Support

  • Prepare reports and maintain documentation.
  • Support internal projects and process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams when required.

Ideal Candidate

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Comfortable speaking with customers and prospects.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive.
  • Previous internship, volunteer, sales, or customer service experience is an advantage but not required.
