Customer Support Intern Leading To Job (Female )

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive Customer Support Intern who can assist in handling client queries and provide timely updates. The ideal candidate should be responsible, quick to respond, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries through phone, chat, or email.
  • Reply to emails in a professional and timely manner.
  • Immediately update/forward issues to the concerned department.
  • Assist with documentation and record keeping.
  • Support the team in day-to-day customer service operations.

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduates or students are encouraged to apply.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of email handling and MS Office/Google Docs.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15,000.00 - Rs20,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
