About the Opportunity

We are offering an internship opportunity for female candidates who are interested in building a career in Customer Support and Communication. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals who want to gain professional experience and learn how to deal with customers in a structured, corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers through chat, email, and phone in a polite and professional manner.
• Maintain and update records of customer interactions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
• Support in outbound communication when needed.
• Use MS Excel for basic data entry and tracking.
• Learn and follow company processes related to customer service.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled in final semester).
• Experience: Not required (training will be provided).
• Skills:
• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of MS Excel.
• Ability to learn quickly and handle tasks responsibly.
• Professional attitude and patience while communicating.
• Age Limit: Preferably under 28.

• Shift: Night Shift (on-site).
