Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator

MrMed is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Support & Logistics Coordinator to manage and support end-to-end customer order coordination. This role acts as a critical link between the logistics team, delivery partners, and customers to ensure timely deliveries, effective issue resolution, and smooth returns management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the Logistics Executive to receive and manage daily delivery data.
• Handle customer queries via chat and calls (inbound and outbound).
• Call and follow up with customers on undelivered or under-process orders.
• Coordinate directly with delivery partners to ensure timely and successful deliveries.
• Escalate logistics issues to relevant courier partner and follow until resolution.
• Track and manage return orders from customers to the company hub.
• Maintain detailed records of all communication and resolution activities.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Support / Operations / Logistics Coordination.
• Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to manage escalations and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient in using communication and order tracking tools.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
