Job Title: Customer Support Officer

Work Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Location: Nazimabad \ University road

Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication

  • Respond to incoming calls and chat inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Assess customer concerns accurately and provide straightforward, effective solutions.
  • Handle complaints with patience and tact, ensuring issues are fully resolved and properly followed up.

Operational Support

  • Process, service requests, and customer account updates with accuracy.
  • Maintain clean and detailed records of all customer interactions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fast, reliable resolutions.

Service Quality & Improvement

  • Track recurring customer concerns and share insights to help improve service processes.
  • Assist with concise reports on common inquiries and service patterns.
  • Suggest practical adjustments that can enhance customer experience and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support, preferably phone/chat based.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to stay composed during challenging customer interactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy in documentation.
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms, chat systems, and basic office software.

Preferred

  • Previous experience in a local business environment such as retail, services, or logistics.
  • Additional language skills depending on customer demographics.
