As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly, professional, and efficient support via phone, email, and live chat. Your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and maintaining our high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for outbound calling in response of queries or issues registered by customers/clients.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures to ensure consistency in customer service.
- Identify and report trends in customer feedback to improve service quality.
Requirements:
- British accent required for clear and professional communication.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus.
- Willingness to work Onsite UK hours .
