Customer Support Officer (Internship)

Viper Group is looking for Customer Support Officer Intern to assist in admin and office internal working, documentation and other office matters.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Assist in creating & managing support tickets
  • Perform phone calls and client communication when needed.
  • Manage emails and office correspondence (mainly in English).
  • Provide general on-site administrative assistance.
  • Report daily progress and tasks directly to management.
  • Maintain inventory of Hardware items
  • track support calls of end users

  • Basic education with willingness to learn and grow.
  • Comfortable with phone calls, emails, and office work.
  • Reliable, punctual, and organized.
  • Previous assistant, marketing, or office experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Good speaking and writing skills in English
