Tekboox is urgently hiring Patient Support Representatives for the US Healthcare Market. This role is ideal for professionals with healthcare knowledge and strong English communication skills who are comfortable working night shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats from US-based patients
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
- Verify patient demographics and insurance information accurately
- Guide patients regarding treatment processes, billing inquiries, and coverage details
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, billing teams, and internal departments
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM/EHR systems
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and US healthcare regulations
- Deliver empathetic, professional, and solution-oriented patient support
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in patient services, front desk, or healthcare administration
- Hands-on experience with patient scheduling, insurance verification, and prior authorizations
- Familiarity with referral processes and healthcare workflows
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with US healthcare systems and insurance providers
- Knowledge of EMR/EHR systems
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Job Location & Timing
- Location: DHA Phase 3, Y Block, Lahore
- Shift: Night Shift Onsite (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
- Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
