Customer Support Repesentative - Evening shift

We are seeking friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Centre as Customer Service Representatives (CSR). In this role, you will assist customers with booking travel accommodations, answering questions about resorts and packages, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless travel experience.

Requirments:

• Intermediate | O Level | Graduate.
• Fluent in English.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-centric mindset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Time management and organizational skills

Sales or upselling capability

Patience and empathy when handling concerns or complaintsIntermediate or Bachelors.

Fixed Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Daily & Weekly Incentives
