Customer Support Represenative (Night Shift - Lahoe)

We are a US-based corporate culture company committed to building strong, collaborative workplace teams. To support our growing operations, we’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore office.

This role focuses on client retention and relationship-building, where you’ll connect with executives, address their needs, provide tailored solutions, and set appointments for our senior executive team.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Night Shift (5:00 PM–2:00 AM Pakistan Standard Time)

Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends Off)

Location: Lahore (Applicants must be able to commute or relocate before starting.)

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to the provided list of C-level executives.

Maintaining provided leads in CRM / google drive and schedule appointments

Build strong, long-lasting client relationships through excellent service.

Use CRM systems, databases, scripts, and various tools effectively.

Consistently meet performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.

Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with customer service tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Fresh graduates (0–6 months of experience) are encouraged to apply
