Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to assist customers with inquiries, product support, and account-related concerns. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to communicate clearly and professionally across email, phone, and chat. This role is focused on building trust, providing timely assistance, and ensuring an excellent customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
  • Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and provide clear solutions
  • Document interactions and update CRM/customer records accurately
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality
  • Identify common service issues and suggest improvements to processes


Qualifications:


  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong customer empathy, patience, and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solid organizational and task management skills
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required


Location Preference:


Office Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore - Candidates residing nearby or with convenient commute access will be preferred.
