We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Support Representative to handle inbound phone calls from customers, understand their requirements, and accurately record all details in our internal system. The role requires excellent communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner
  • Understand customer requirements by asking the right questions
  • Enter customer details, requirements, and service needs into the company database or CRM
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions
  • Follow company communication guidelines and procedures
  • Maintain daily logs of calls, inquiries, and status updates

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
