  • Support customers with order processing, payment concerns, returns, and product-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate, concise, and professional communication to ensure customer concerns are fully addressed.
  • Provide insights and feedback to management regarding recurring issues and potential process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Fashion and retail industry experience is preferred.
