Job Description:

We are hiring a Customer Support Representative responsible for assisting customers via WhatsApp and chat platforms. This role focuses on resolving queries, guiding customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer messages via WhatsApp
• Handle complaints and provide solutions
• Share product/service information clearly
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff
• Maintain chat logs and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills
• Patience and problem-solving ability
• Prior customer support experience is a plus
• Ability to work under pressure

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
