This role focuses on high-quality Customer Service, accurate communication, and consistent support for AT&T customers regarding service inquiries, billing questions, account assistance, and general AT&T Fiber support needs.

As a Customer Support Representative, you will assist AT&T Fiber customers through approved communication channels, delivering accurate service information, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, compliant Customer Service experience. You will work within established AT&T procedures and maintain professionalism in every interaction.
