Job Title: Chat Support Executive – Packaging Sales Expert

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable packaging solutions.
• Convert chats into sales and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain records of conversations and follow up with potential leads.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (written).
• Experience in Packaging Sales or Chat Support will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills can also apply.
