Job Title: Chat Support (Night Shift)

Shift Timings: 10pm-6am

Job Description:

Join our growing team as a Social Media Chat Support Executive. You'll play a key role in assisting customers through online chat by answering queries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive, professional, and helpful attitude at all times.

Requirements:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple chats and tasks efficiently

Positive attitude with a customer first mindset

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems

Basic computer literacy and familiarity with online communication tools Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Ability to work independently as well as within a team
