ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to assist our clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can handle client issues with professionalism and empathy.
WORK SETUP
- Position: Customer Support Representative
- Location: Paragon City, Lahore
- Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary: Up to PKR 120,000/month + Performance Incentives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes.
- Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain knowledge of company services, Amazon processes, and eCommerce solutions.
- Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client services.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
- E-commerce or Amazon industry experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
