ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to assist our clients, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong communication skills, and can handle client issues with professionalism and empathy.

WORK SETUP

  • Position: Customer Support Representative
  • Location: Paragon City, Lahore
  • Working Hours: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: Up to PKR 120,000/month + Performance Incentives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and guiding them through processes.
  • Document and track customer interactions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of company services, Amazon processes, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met consistently.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer support processes.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client services.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • E-commerce or Amazon industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
