Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Officer to join a well-established premium fashion brand based in DHA Phase 2 Extension. The ideal candidate will be organised, professional, and capable of handling customer inquiries efficiently while supporting the overall customer service and operational processes of the brand.

This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between customers, sales teams, and management, while maintaining accurate records and delivering a high standard of customer experience across all touchpoints.

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Location: DHA Phase 2 Extension

Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Qualification: Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via calls, chat, and social media platforms
  • Provide accurate product and order-related information
  • Track and maintain records of customer orders efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing
  • Resolve complaints professionally while maintaining brand standards
  • Ensure a seamless and premium customer experience

Skills & Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Facebook & Instagram (customer handling)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Passionate about career growth and learning
