Customer Support Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Lahore (Gulberg 3). In this role, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls and provide exceptional technical and customer support to clients based in the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via calls and chat.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to resolve issues efficiently.
• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.
• Meet performance goals and comply with company policies.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• 0–1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
• Confident in using computers, CRM systems, and software tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
