Customer Support Representative

Marham is looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our growing team. We are seeking energetic, customer-focused, and responsible individuals who can handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth support experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and support requests professionally
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customers
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution and follow-ups
  • Maintain a positive customer experience and service quality standards
  • Manage customer interactions through calls and support systems
  • Update customer records and maintain proper follow-ups
  • Meet daily productivity and response targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed (Mandatory)
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Call Center / CSR role
  • Strong communication and customer dealing skills
  • Good computer handling and typing skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities
  • Customer Support, Customer Service Representative, CSR, Call Center Agent, Support Executive, Inbound Support, Customer Handling.
