Customer Support Representative

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be confident in handling client interactions, and provide professional customer support to UAE-based clients.

The role involves communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth customer experience through professional and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally.
  • Communicate effectively with UAE-based clients and address their inquiries.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-ups with relevant departments.
  • Maintain professional and timely communication with clients throughout the process.
  • Provide accurate information regarding services, documentation, and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by delivering excellent customer service.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.



Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, sales, or client handling roles.
  • Fresh candidates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
