Job Description:

OZ Group is looking for a confident and energetic Customer Support Representative (Calling Agent – Intern) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or students who want to gain hands-on experience in customer dealing and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to customers

• Handle customer inquiries professionally

• Provide information about company services

• Maintain call records and follow-ups

• Resolve basic customer complaints

• Coordinate with internal departments when required

Requirements:

• Good communication skills (Urdu & basic English)

• Confident speaking skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
