About Us

Filter Security is a growing CCTV Camera Installation company in Lahore, providing security solutions to homes, offices, shops, and warehouses. We receive 100+ daily inquiries through WhatsApp and Facebook and are looking for a dedicated Female Sales & Support Manager to handle leads professionally and convert them into sales.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle incoming WhatsApp leads (100–140 messages daily)
• Respond to customer queries professionally and on time
• Share packages, quotations, and product details
• Follow up with pending leads daily
• Coordinate with technical team for installations
• Maintain lead record in CRM / Excel sheet
• Convert maximum inquiries into confirmed orders
• Maintain polite and confident communication tone

Requirements

• Female candidate (Office-Based Job)
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor preferred
• Experience in WhatsApp sales or customer support (1+ year preferred)
• Strong communication skills (Urdu + Basic English)
• Fast typing speed
• Basic knowledge of Excel / CRM
• Must be confident in closing sales
