Area Sales Team Lead

Role Summary

The Area Sales Team Leader is responsible for driving sales performance and revenue growth within a designated geographic territory. This role leads, coaches, and motivates a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed business targets, expand market share, build strong customer relationships, and implement sales strategies effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the area.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies to drive market growth.
  • Analyze sales performance and adjust plans to meet goals.

Field Sales & Customer Engagement

  • Visit key accounts, distributors, and retail outlets regularly.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
