DynamoLogic Solutions is looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Representative to manage B2B CRM chat support for candidates and clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can communicate clearly, resolve queries efficiently, and provide an exceptional support experience during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide real-time chat support to candidates and clients using our B2B CRM.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Document queries, feedback, and recurring issues to support product improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate technical issues when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support (preferably chat-based).
  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (US EST time).
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
  • Candidates with video editing experience is a plus
