Position: Female Customer Support & HR Officer

We are looking for a confident, smart, and well-spoken female candidate who can handle customer dealing, telephonic queries, walk-in clients, and basic HR tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Attend calls, WhatsApp & office visitors professionally
Guide clients about Hajj, Umrah, Tour Packages & Study Visa options
Maintain customer records & follow-ups
Handle HR tasks like interview scheduling, staff coordination, attendance, etc.
Assist in basic admin and office operations
Build good client relationships with patience & confidence

Requirements

Minimum Education: Intermediate / Bachelors (Preference: Business / HR / Tourism / English)
Good communication skills in Urdu & English
Confident personality + good customer handling skills
Basic computer skills (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, Email)
Fresh candidates can also apply (training will be provided)
Experience in travel / consultancy industry is a PLUS
